What we fly
Three services
Progress documentation
Fixed positions, fixed altitudes, fixed headings. Every visit is flown the same way, so two months sit side by side and the change explains itself. Used for owner updates, draw request backup, sub coordination and closeout archives.
Aerial photography and video
Wide establishing views and short cinematic clips. Level horizons, smooth moves, simple compositions. Stills delivered at web and print resolution so the same frame works in a proposal and on a site sign.
Orthomosaic site maps
An automated grid pattern stitched into one flat, current picture of the entire property. Built for phase documentation and coordination. These are visual reference maps, not a licensed survey.
One-off aerials look good. Repeated ones prove something.
The method
Most drone photos of a job site are taken from wherever looked interesting that day. They are nice to have and impossible to compare. We fly a route, log every position, and repeat it. That is the difference between a gallery and a record.

How a project starts
Three steps
Step one
Site review
Send the address and the current phase. I check airspace, confirm access, and come back with a route and a quote.
Step two
First flight
I check in with your super, fly the route, and log every position so the next visit matches this one exactly.
Step three
Delivery, then repeat
Edited video and stills back within three to five days. After that we set a cadence and I show up on it.
