Services

Three services, all flown with a DJI Mini 3 out of Colorado Springs. FAA Part 107 certified and insured.

The three services

In detail

01

Progress documentation

Recurring · monthly, biweekly or milestone

This is the core service. I fly your site on a repeating schedule from fixed positions, altitudes and headings, so each visit lines up with the last. Put two months side by side and the change is obvious without anyone having to explain it.

Contractors use these sets for owner and stakeholder updates, as visual backup on draw requests, for coordination when a sub says something was not there last week, and as a permanent archive once the job closes out.

02

Aerial photography and video

One-time · bids, marketing, community updates

Wide establishing views of a finished or in-progress site, plus short cinematic clips for bids, proposals and community updates. Level horizons, smooth moves, simple compositions. No spinning, no whip pans.

Stills come back sized for both web and print, so the same shot works on a website and in a printed proposal.

03

Orthomosaic site maps

Grid flight · whole-site top-down image

I fly the site on an automated grid pattern and stitch the frames into a single top-down image of the whole property. One flat, current picture of the entire site, useful for phase documentation, coordination meetings, and showing context a ground photo cannot.

What the maps are and are not. These are visual reference maps. They are not a licensed land survey and should not be used to set boundaries, verify elevations, or replace work done by a licensed surveyor. My aircraft has no RTK or PPK positioning, so horizontal accuracy comes from standard GPS. If you need survey grade deliverables, hire a surveyor. If you need a current, accurate looking picture of the whole site, this is the fast way to get one.
